Event in Stockholm
An IT company were about to launch a new product line and needed to gather strength through a mutual kick-off. Together with the client, Ciceron worked out a full day where every product would be presented by an outsider presenter. Instead of the regular arguments in hardware every presenter focused on their area of expertise; environmental effects, graphic design and branding.
During the afternoon the participants were divided into different groups and asked to describe the products with new key words and from new perspectives. This was followed by a ceremony where the most creative groups received a prize. The succeeding dinner started off with stuntmen that in different ways tested the new products in both abrasion resistance as crash safety. The night continued on with a Ciceron produced movie where we looked into the crystal ball to see the company in ten years.
The outcome of the event was a reawakening for the whole organization and new perspectives on the company products. In the evaluation the participants gave the kick-off the highest grade in the company history.
